Additionally, flexibility across multiple platforms (mobile, wearables, web) and a willingness to explore innovative interfaces and HCI approaches (e.g., multimedia content, gamification, voice) are key.

We're seeking a user-centered, creative, and proactive individual who remains attuned to the needs of our digital solution users.

Position Overview:

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for designing user interfaces across our digital health ecosystem. You'll actively engage with our interdisciplinary team to conceptualize, analyze, and improve our user interfaces, collaborating with psychologists, patients, human factor researchers, and other stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include enhancing existing UI/UX and defining new Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).

You'll closely collaborate with our product, QA, engineering, research, and sales teams to deliver low/high fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes. You'll play a pivotal role in usability testing activities, working closely with research and product teams to validate designs with end-users.

Moreover, you'll provide support to our content team by creating assets such as icons, illustrations, animations, storyboards, and videos. You'll also contribute to and uphold our brand guidelines across various platforms and devices, offering guidance and design specifications.

Qualifications:

Candidates should hold a bachelor's or master's degree in digital design or possess equivalent education and experience. We're also open to individuals with extensive experience in this field, accompanied by an outstanding track record and portfolio.

If you're the right fit, you'll be:

- Experienced in working with and designing systems or modular components.

- Proficient in designing with a grid system for responsive desktop and native mobile (iOS/Android) applications.

- Willing to collaborate with our product team to develop testable prototypes/designs and integrate research findings into interactive designs.

- Skilled in using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe, Invision, Principle, and Framer.

Additional Skills:

Knowledge of user research (e.g., service design), usability testing (e.g., A/B Testing), and the use of Generative AI tools will be advantageous. Empathy, teamwork, and adaptability to changing priorities are essential.

Ideally, you'll have around 4 years of experience in UX and UI design for software applications.
