This is a gathering of produced materials used in the creation of a customer service training module for a fictional company called Purrfectionary that is experiencing difficulties with proper customer service from their employees. The combination of infographics, interactive learning interfaces, and live training sessions enables Purrfectionary to train its employees on a multi-media, multi-level engagement strategy that also facilitates learning at the behest of the employer and employee.
