This illustration created as part of my freelancing work, the illustration is about capturing the beautiful nature of Australia. 

The brief is about making an illustration about Australiana.  It is a term denoting items, people, places, flora, fauna and events of Australian origins. Anything pertaining to Australian culture, society, geography and ecology.

I decided on making an Australian rainforest for the illustration. After researching different trends on illustration, i decided to make with flat vector illustration style and paired with monochromatic colour scheme. The colours really set the mood of the illustration creating a sense of depth of the forest.
