Jalamrutha is a campaign launched by the Government of Karnataka that focuses on water conservation schemes. I was part of the team from Spread Design and Innovations, responsible for designing the campaign. 2019 being the year of water provided an apt period to launch such a campaign and was received very well.
I was guided by Ekta Manchanda and Sumedh Pande, both senior designers of Spread Design and Innovation.

The Chief Minister of Karnataka, Sri H D Kumaraswamy, along with the minister of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Sri Krishna Byre Gowda kicked off the campaign during the start of the year. These are some of the design deliverables from the campaign and its events.

Coasters

Awareness about water conservation was one of the targets of the campaign. We decided to use fun and colourful coasters with a strong message around water conservation as one of the methods to spread awareness. I had the responsibility to design all the coasters.

Launch Event - Pillar and Dynamic Backdrop Designs

These call to action illustrations around water conservation that I designed were used in many different outputs. From newspaper advertisements, to wall graphics, to backdrops.
The messages are -
Conserve Water, Know Water, Be Water Smart, and Plant Trees.

Plant Tags - Souvenirs

As part of the launch campaign, all the dignitaries were given tree saplings to be planted, as a call to action to plant more trees. I designed the plant tags that went on all the souvenirs.

Logo Reveal Animation - Jalamrutha

I made this animation for the launch of the Jalamrutha logo by the Chief Minister of Karnataka. The logo was designed by Shajin from Spread Design.

Corporate Meeting Backdrop

Another responsibility of mine was to design the backdrop for the corporate meetings leading up to the launch event, the brief was to keep it simple and provide basic information.
