The idea was to have a metaphorical representation as well as the actual representation of the act of voting, all the while staying free from any association of alliance, race, gender, party, etc.
Another restraint was the colour palette, limited to the hues black and white.This was backed by the idea that anyone should be able to print/online and use this format to encourage voting in the state/country.

The letter 'O' in the word November, represents the button on the voting machine, while the watch reads ' Time to Vote'. The grids created with opposing 45 and 90 degrees helped pull in these two elements and created a dynamic layout, while also keeping the viewer engaged and providing the relevant details of dates, venues and times for voting.
Voting is a right that should be exercised by one and all. The idea is that anyone should be able to print/online and use this format to encourage voting in the state/country.
It is for the people, by the people and of the people.
