IMPROVING FAN EXPERIENCES
Sky Stadium's official mobile application for iOS and Android.
Our goal for the project was to provide an essential "game-day companion" for stadium visitors. The application keeps fans connected to the game with real-time content updates and provides easy access to stadium services such as ticketing and way-finding.
We conducted user research sessions to discover what features would be most useful for venue-goers, then created an information architecture plan from these findings.
The interface was designed to be simple yet effective, and was aligned with the stadium's existing digital properties.
In addition to being the lead designer for the app, I was the project manager for the development process – ensuring that all features were delivered to client expectation while within budget and under a strict timeline of delivery.
We also provided a series of promotional graphics for the application launch event. Fans were prompted to download the app across a variety of formats including print posters, full-screen signage, website banners, social media posts and more.
