University project about the olympics. We are asked to find the best way to explain everything about a sport, the only restrictions are the support (booklet) and the use of infographics. In my case, I chose diving because I wanted to show some of the diver's positions and techniques.
This sport seems to be quite easy and funny, but it is all about technique, so I wanted to reflect the same feeling, explaining the complexity of the movements in a clear way, using geometric and quite abstract shapes instead of drawing the divers in a traditional way. The same happens with the typography, wich keeps the simplicity but gives also character to the project.
The colours are an important part of the design, giving a fresh and colorful sensation, related to the freshness of the swimming pool, usually associated to the summer.
