Personal Portfolio Website (Screenshots)

This is my portfolio website that I coded myself using Bootstrap. I really wanted my portfolio website to be simple in design and aesthetic so it would not conflict with my many varied projects. In order to do this, I kept to a black and white color scheme and two fonts, Arvo and Fjalla One. Being a portfolio website I also wanted to highlight my process, not only representing the process for each project but also incorporating the idea of process into the design of the website which is why I chose to use a sketch to convey my contact information. This sketch is the first thing the user is presented with upon entering my website to introduce them to my personality through my process.
As the user scrolls through they first find an about section where I introduce myself.
Between each section the sketch is seen scrolling below.
My portfolio is presented in a grid where the user can click on a project to take a closer look.
Upon clicking on each project the user can see it close up and read a short blurb about it.
Then if they click the right arrow they can view sketches for the piece and further explanation. Some pieces have many sketches and some only have a few depending on the size and duration of the project.

In the next section, the user can view my resume. Here I chose to hand draw the icons used to keep with the theme of process.
Finally, the user can see a quick synopsis of my education and a business card of sorts that scrolls over the sketch.
