This is the home page of the 900+ page website that was redesigned over a 9 month period in 2009-2010. The design is boring and usability problems abound; these trends continued throughout the site and got worse in key areas like lead generation and donation forms.

The design is user-focused with a clear hierarchy of purposes that work together.
 Interior page layouts. The site and user experience was greatly streamlined across the board. What was left was a large, but manageable content portal and fundraising tool.
Engagement is way up across the board.
The money shot. In a five month year-over-tear comparison, online donations were up 1,134%.
