Nelson Education Textbook Publishing created a partnership with current and newly graduated students to include student work in their line of textbooks. I was chosen as the first student to participate in the program and was given the opportunity to illustrate the text "New Society", an undergrad level textbook for the introduction to sociology. I was given the task of illustrating 5 chapter openers, and then after seeing my work I was offered the cover of the text to illustrate as well.
