Project: business team required validation of a potential feature change or A&B testing and the UX team was exploring testing methods.
Various tools were considered as well as methods, but the main factor was the deadline for feature launch, 1 week. My role: validate the best design with no resources assigned.
TwoSmiles development team was divided on the feature deployment, with permission we looked to reach goals for testing methods.
Data driven results on failure rate with quotes of tester comments aligned the team to one design. The goal of fast low cost, fast testing was validated both via paper and 5 proxy users.
