Planning and design Team member

I have worked as a member of the planning and design team at Wenzel+Wenzel, I contributed to the development of the Elbtower project. Situated along the prominent Elbbrücken, this mixed-use building serves as a landmark at the eastern edge of Hamburg's Hafencity quarter, offering a striking contrast to the iconic Elbphilharmonie to the west. With its triangular plot overlooking the River Elbe and Oberhafen canal, the project presented an opportunity to craft a distinctive, sculpted structure. Our design, featuring a tapered tower rising above a public atrium, aligns with the vision of the Hafencity masterplan and is poised to become the tallest building in Hamburg, shaping the city skyline for years to come.
