Nausicaá has been an aquarium with a mission since its creation in 1991. Committed to the preservation of the environment, aims to bridge environmental preservation and public awareness by highlighting marine issues.
The challenge was to build a coherent and strong visual language, able to withstand time and to reflect the balance between those two very different purposes.

With the creative idea of "Ocean at heart", we create the visual tools for the aquarium to reach a wider audience: a new version of an iconic logotype that now symbolizes an eye open on the Ocean; and a visual language built as an ecosystem. From the colorful palette that reveals all the colours of the ocean, to the round, impactful typography (Degular display - Ohno type company) and to the iconography that links graphic elements and living beings.
