Project: WxPlusHealth.org was an initiative from the Department of Energy (DOE) allowing local providers of low-income health, safety and energy services to collaborate and work more efficiently. Residents of the communities that these providers worked in benefited through comprehensive solutions to the problems associated with their homes. Two state-of-the-art tools: Find a Provider (FaP) and GeoExplorer offered overlaying of critical information to allow the providers to see more data relationships in ways not possible before and offer the appropriate solutions. The website was released in Oct. 2012.

Contribution to project: developed the high-level architecture requirements of the system; constructed the technical baseline RFP; assisted with CMS module needs assessment and research; quality control testing of new GIS tools; and managed the web team behind the day to day operations.
