IDFC- Customer Friendly Campaign

It is  a unique and exciting opportunity to work closely with Mr. Amitabh Bachchan on a project for IDFC Bank. The main goal of this project is to change the public's perception of IDFC Bank from being seen as a traditional and old-fashioned bank to one that is perceived as young and friendly.
 
To achieve this transformation, the project's approach involved leveraging the reputation and iconic status of Mr. Bachchan, who is an 80-year-old but still youthful and beloved figure. By associating him with the concept of being young and friendly, the idea was to bridge the gap between the traditional perception of a bank and the modern expectations of customers.
 
In addition to Mr. Bachchan's involvement, the project introduced his granddaughter, Navya Naveli, on screen for the first time. By having Navya Naveli associated with the project, it may have symbolized a generational shift and portrayed IDFC Bank as forward-thinking, dynamic, and willing to embrace the younger generation.
