ENG: The Consumer Counter is an extension project of the School of Legal Sciences of the University of Passo Fundo in partnership with the City Hall of Passo Fundo (Procon) and the State Public Ministry, which created the character Tchê Consumer to talk to children about basic notions of consumer protection. Printed and digital magazines, animations and children's programs with puppets for television were produced.
