Strategized visual product roll-outs, along with Japanese partnership, to launch key characters who support U.S entertainment for Marketing & Sales needs. 

Managed various stages of development. Provided deco input sheet (paint and mold color) for production. Referenced mold plans to optimize color, treatments, tampo operations to best match entertainment while hitting business cost targets.

Developed icons that were molded into specific parts of the step instruction builds for quick identification on duplicate parts (ie., armor, claws, legs, wings, etc.) This helped with North American markets to bring a positive user experience to the challenging product builds based on consumer insights.
