On receiving a brief and some assets from the brand manager. I was tasked with producing a 3D visuals of a bespoke FSDU, hanging stripe and a CDU that we had created in house for their latest promotion. Due to the timelines involved this had to be created in a way that would allow for the unit to go to print immediately on sign off. This meant creating the press ready artwork and using that as the material for the 3D render. This meant that what the client saw would be exactly how it would be seen in store, when printed and assembled. Additionally, by using the press ready artwork as the base material. Any amendments the client would want to make, could be done so immediately and reflected in a fresh 3D render. I used Adobe Illustrator to generate the press ready artwork and image file for the 3D render. I also used Blender to model, map the Uv's and render the FSDU for client approval.
