Kintsugi: A Glass Lampshade
Found a damaged lamp-shade at a demolition site. This was my first kintsugi of glass and also me using glass paints.
The project was pretty straightforward:

The project was pretty straightforward:
I used Araldite to glue the pieces of glass. This is the same adhesive that I used to kintsugi a marble vase. I used two steel utensils: one to support the lamp and the lampshade itself and the other on top to cover the connections-bit of it. I drilled holes into each of them as needed.
Once the electrical connections were done, I assembled the whole thing.
With broken glass a taboo indoors, this is now hanging just outside our main door.
