This ancient Myrtle Rainforest was found off the side of a dirt road on Taungurung Land near what is now called Marysville, Victoria Australia. It is possible I have been the only human to walk into this forest since dispossession. 

Oil on Linen custom framed in Myrtle timber. Created in 1999 these works were exclusively painted on location over 12 weeks. Each painting has ten paint layers using Renaissance painting techniques.
