What we have: About 15 headshots, mostly non-professional (some selfies, some candids), of varying quality and resolution. Our team is located around the world so we can't easily have them sit for a photoshoot together.

What we'd like to do: develop a unique branded style for these headshots, likely converting the photos into black and white or line art (the color quality of the photos is very inconsistent), and apply an interesting and consistent branded color treatment. The goal is that all the photos should look consistent, high quality, and distinctive.

We don't have a preference on whether you retouch/style the photos by hand or use AI tools, but we're not looking for off-the-shelf filters.
