iServe Cut the Strings Ad Campaign

iServe Residential Lending advertising campaign. Primary goal: recruitment. Secondary goal: develop brand awareness. 
 
If you are not familiar with mortgage trade publications, they are FLOODED with lenders trying to recruit potential candidates. The majority of these ads are text heavy with little visual interest. Thumbing through these publications you are overwhelmed with lengthy text. My client was blending in, instead of standing out. 
 
The reason why most candidates choose iServe is that they felt tied-down by their previous companies and iServe grants them the freedom and support needed to be successful. Using that thinking as the basis for our adverstising we developed a highly visual, simple messaging campaign for the company.
